- सभी प्रदेशों और जिलों में नियुक्तियां की जा रही हैं। मैं इस कार्य के लिए आप सभी की सराहना करता हूं।
- लेकिन मैं आप सभी से कहना चाहता हूं कि किसी भी प्रदेश में कोई भी नियुक्ति करने से पहले आपको अपने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष की संस्तुति अवश्य लेनी चाहिए। यह सूचना प्रदेश अध्यक्ष के माध्यम से राष्ट्रीय कार्यकारिणी को भेजी जाएगी। यह अनिवार्य है।
- संभाग की नियुक्तियां प्रदेश अध्यक्ष की संस्तुति में की जाएगी।
- इसी तरह जिले में नियुक्तियां करने से पहले आपको अपने संभाग प्रभारी या मंडल प्रभारी की संस्तुति लेनी अनिवार्य है।
और आपने प्रदेश में ,संभाग में ,और जिले में की जा रही सभी नियुक्तियां की सदस्यता रसीद जरूर काटे।

- Appointments are being made in all the states and districts. I appreciate all of you for this work.
- But I want to tell all of you that before making any appointment in any state, you must take the recommendation of your state president. This information will be sent to the National Executive through the state president. This is mandatory.
- Division or Mandal appointments will be made only on the recommendation of the state president.
- Similarly, before making appointments in the district, you must take the recommendation of your division in-charge or Mandal in-charge.
And do take the membership receipt of all the appointments being made in the state, division/mandal and district.
